Who Agency is for.
Agency is monthly; there is no annual plan. It applies to domains you manage for clients: a VAT number and VIES check are mandatory. Wexlo may refuse a sign-up and, after 30 days' notice, convert a running subscription to the appropriate business plan.

For one organisation and its own websites, cancellable monthly or annually for ten times the monthly price.

A domain is one website that you have scanned, up to 100 pages per scan. Every separate web address counts as its own domain, including a subdomain; a test or acceptance environment of an address you have already registered does not.

You tick the separate services at checkout, in the same order screen as your plan or your report, or you switch them on later in the customer portal. With Growth and Business, a number of verifications are already included in your plan; here you only order what comes on top of that.

Good to know in advance.
- Am I fully accessible after a scan?
- No. A scan is one part of the assessment. What a person has to assess is described on About the scanner.
- Can I start with fewer than 10 client sites?
- Yes. For Agency, €150 is the minimum monthly amount. The number of client sites is not an eligibility requirement.
- Who fixes the problems that are found?
- Your own developers or your web agency. Wexlo provides findings, suggested fixes and retests.
The small print.
- No conformity promise
- No plan delivers a statement or certificate that a site complies with the law.
- No guarantee on time or scope
- There is no response time guarantee, and a manual verification is a sample check covering a maximum of 5 core pages.
- Translations and test environment
- English is the source language for the translations. A measurement on a test environment never appears in the statement, the report or the audit trail.
- What the PDF check does
- With a paid scan, Wexlo takes the first 5 PDFs on your own domain and checks whether text can be extracted from them. If that fails, it is probably a scanned image, and a screen reader cannot read it aloud. It is a sample and an advisory alongside your report, not a PDF/UA audit: reading order, alt text and tables are not included.
- Fair use
- Scans on request: a maximum of one per domain per hour, never two at the same time.
- Large sites
- Above 100 pages, you order extra pages in blocks of 100, up to 300 pages. With the one-off report that is € 15 per 100, with a subscription € 29 per 100 per month. You tick them at checkout; with a subscription you then assign them to your sites in the customer portal. Above 300 pages, email us and we will scope and price it with you.
- Unused manual work
- Included manual work expires if you do not use it within the period.
